Just heard form the airline, Dad finally got through - good job he rang them today as everyone else seems to have been doing the same!
Our only available flights were for next Saturday the 24th of April, or the Tuesday after!
So we're hoping to get our flight confirmed for next Saturday...another week in Phoenix? Oh, what a shame.
